Practical but Poor Quality : Whitmor Over-The-Door Shoe Rack, White, 36-Pair
Assembly took about 10 minutes. The instructions say "no tools required", but a rubber mallet makes this job very easy. After installation, I put two pairs of shoes on each rack, and it seems to be holding up just fine. It's certainly better than a heap of shoes on the floor!
NOTE: I wear a mens' size 13, and the racks are just a LITTLE too short for my shoes. Some of the shoes with heavier heels will teeter back and forth, like they might fall off. (easy fix: flip the shoes in the other direction).
NOTE: Before buying, double check the dimensions of the door you want to install the shoe rack on. It is a fairly big item and will not fit many smaller closet doors.
